(Translated by Google) I'll definitely never go to ATU again!
I made a TÜV appointment online and also stated that I would check the lighting because I already noticed that something was wrong. (see Appendix). I brought the car there the evening before. Since the red indicator light had been on for six months, supposedly because of the battery (ATU also told me in November), I asked that this be turned off too. The good man didn't let me speak at all and just said, yeah, we'll see about that.
At 2 p.m. he called and said I had to pick up my car without an MOT because it had serious defects. When I go there, the defects all have to do with the lighting! I then said, but I had commissioned it specifically, but he said no. As I drove off, I noticed at some point that the red indicator light was still on and called them. He claimed it was off, otherwise the TÜV would have seen it. It's clear, the lamp lights up for half a year and goes out for two hours for the TÜV, hahaha. At home I looked out the email and it clearly stated that the lighting should be checked. So they simply ignored the order and let the car fail the MOT! I then had an appointment for a review. Unfortunately, because I didn't have any tools, I couldn't get the bit of foil on the brake light off so quickly and I got there shortly before 8 and the shop was empty. The good man then argued with me again and explained the battery functions to me, but otherwise didn't listen at all. Because I was pissed off and then showed him that ATU had screwed up the TÜV with the lighting, he suddenly said smugly, oh, I just see that you should be here at half past seven. Now it's 8 o'clock, we have to make a new appointment. I said, you're not serious, we've been discussing things here for 10 minutes. He said it was like going to the doctor. Then I asked for my things to be returned because I don't have to give it to myself. Two days later I was at Renault, was also able to wait for the TÜV inspection, they just fixed the bulbs and turned off the indicator light (it was NOT the battery, it was just an update) and everything has been great since then. So thanks to ATU for nothing!

Danke also an ATU für nichts!
