Leider muss ich meine Bewertung ändern.wenn es ginge in minus Stern. Wie jedes Jahr schickten wir unser Auto zur inspektion . Es ist 19jahre alt , was natürlich dadurch mehr Aufmerksamkeit brauch. Gestern ließen wir die große machen, da danach atu u ser Auto zum tüv bringen sollte . Als wir nachmittags kamen wunderten wir uns schon warum keine neue Plakette dran ist, denn wenn Mängel bei der vorherigen insektion gewesen wären , dann hätte wor wie gewohnt einen Anruf erwartet . Als wir dann den TÜV Bericht und die inspektionliste gesehen haben ist uns alles aus dem Gesicht gefallen. Korrosion der Bremsleitung u.a. in der unspektion festgestellt sowie weitere Mängel und ohne uns zu informieren haben Sie so das Auto zum tü gebracht, was natürlich durchgefallen ist . Nicht nur das wir dadurch die unnötigen zusatzkosten des tüves haben , die wir ja vermeiden wollten durch die inspektion vorher , werden uns scheinheilig ausreden vorgebracht warum man es nicht für nötig hielt uns zu informieren .
Nachher wird das Gespräch vor Ort weiter geführt und wenn wir die Kosten vom TÜV nicht erstattet bekommen schalten wir unseren Anwalt ein. Allein das man Korrosion an einer bremsleitung nicht nötig hat miz uns zu besprechen ,also nimmt man fahrlässig in Kauf auch den Kunden zu gefährden. Es gibt wirklich Grenzen und dann sich hinzustellen , der TÜV darf kaputt machen und soead machen wir als Werkstatt nicht ist ja wohl der hammer . Unser Auto geht seit 4 Jahren jährlich dort zur inspektion und 2 mal im Jahr zum Reifen Wechsel. Sie haben in der Zeit nicht bemerkt das eine feder falsch verbaut wurde ? Da kam nur der satt, der TÜV vor 2 Jahren hat es ja auch nicht bemerkt ...keinerlei Verantwortung tragen, alles auf den TÜV schieben...dad ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Woe gut das wir eine gute Rechtsschutz mit verkehrsrecht haben ...wir waren mal so zufrieden aber seit einige Mitarbeiter weg sind ist es untragbar...wir waren übrigens gestern nicht allein miz durchgefallen TÜV bei atu da stellt man sich viele Fragen.. Auto geht jedenfalls zum Sachverständiger, diese Kosten lassen wir nicht auf uns sitzen.
