Man geht rein, will was kaufen, selbst wenn man es innerhalb von 30 Sekunden findet, so muss man stellenweise bis zu 15 Minuten warten, bis man endlich mal abkassiert wird. Da wird sich über alles mögliche unterhalten, und selbst wenn man (wohlgemerkt sehr freundlich) fragt, ob man nicht fix bezahlen könne, wird man noch pampig angegangen.
Auch bei vorangegangenen Terminen z.B. für eine Spureinstellung, wird man gefragt "Warum wollen sie denn eine Spureinstellung?" Ganz einfach, weil ich vielleicht merke, dass sie nicht stimmt, anhand der Lenkradposition etc.?
Für mehr als Ölwechsel, und ggf. Reifenwechsel nicht zu gebrauchen, wobei zweiteres schon kritisch wird, da die Radaufnahme nicht mal gereinigt wird, wie es eine professionelle Werkstatt tun würde, nein, die Felge wird einfach auf den Flugrost drauf geschraubt...
Ölwechsel muss man auch vorher drauf hinweisen, dass sie bitte die Herstellerfreigabe beachten, und nicht einfach ein x beliebiges 5W30 rein füllen. Ich empfehle danach auch mal zu prüfen, wie der Ölstand ist, denn es scheint Mode zu sein, nur noch bis zum Minimum des Peilstabes zu befüllen, und nicht wie üblich mittig min/max...
Am meissten stört mich aber tatsächlich mittlerweile die Unfreundlichkeit besonders der beiden "Damen" an der Kasse...
