(Translated by Google) I'm a little disappointed with the collaboration.
The ATU company in Gladbeck was recommended to me by an acquaintance. My car had a few points that I would like to repair and would like to repair more if the mechanics notice anything.
The fact that I would fall into a fraudulent trap was cleverly concealed from me.
The problems were obvious, I wanted the ATU to repair the air conditioning, the broken window on the passenger side and my lights on the front of the car.
I didn't want anything more.
First of all, they talk me into having maintenance on the phone. “Yes, we have to know whether it’s just that.” Tempting, but I just “trust” the experts, they certainly wouldn’t deceive me. ;)
The appointment agreement was catastrophic, as was the price agreement. At first it was said: “Leave your car with us at 8:00 a.m., then you can take it back with you after about 1 1/2 hours and the price for the inspection is €300.”
Ugh, expensive, but people know what they're doing. When we arrive we say: “The car has to be parked by 5:00 p.m..” Thank you for this great arrangement, I don’t have any work myself. So I take the bus into the city, only to get a call 1 1/2 hours later: “The car is ready.”
So I pick up my vehicle and pay €150 instead of the €300 discussed? Possibly the only positive thing in communication.
Later I am told: "Yes, we have to do an inspection, we couldn't find out what the car has."
I emphasize several times what I want, but “the MOT is expiring, so we’ll take your concerns into consideration next time.”
Cleverly talked past my needs.
So I come two weeks later to hand the car over to “InSpEkTiOn”.
Here's the agreement too: "With all the bells and whistles, the fun will cost you €690... wait a minute, haha typo, the fun will cost you €790 and you'll park the car again at 8:00 a.m."
Said and done.
Later during the day the other master in the workshop calls me. The conversation begins with the master saying: “Your car has an incredible amount of damage... I don't know if I can get it through the TÜV... are you Turkish? Me too… trust me KaRdEsIm (brother) I’ll take care of it.”
I replied: “But you have actually done what I wanted now?”
He said something like: “Yes, no, is it worth it? You wouldn’t get your MOT that way.”
I've never had a TÜV in recent years, at times when the car was in even worse shape, until I invested a lot of money. The “Turk scam” also pisses me off. There was also a “Turk” who sold me my car and said exactly the same thing. Later I had a broken battery because the good one had been stolen and an additional cost of €1000.
Our oh-so-great and civilized people who are ripping off their own compatriots/women in Europe. I digress, let's move on...
In the end I only paid €500 instead of €790, but for what? In total I paid €650, BUT for what? So that the man from the ATU says to me: “Yes, your passenger mirror is broken” oh really Sherlock Holmes, I didn't tell you that several times before.
And dear reader, do you think the ATU fixed the air conditioning, my headlights & my window?
You can guess three times... whatever, I'll tell you. Drum roll 🥁🥁🥁
He doesn't have it.
You really think you're going to fool someone and then they'll just swallow it? In addition, you're blackmailing me with a TÜV that I won't get if I don't blindly and mindlessly continue to trust you?
I've still put the money away well, which is why I don't go straight to a lawyer for €650, but what do you do to people who can't even put away €650? Are you taking advantage of their trust in the same way? Don't you have a family?

Uff Teuer, doch die Leute wissen ja, was Sie tun.
Gescheit an meinen Bedürfnissen vorbei gesprochen.
Habt Ihr keine Familie?
Euch gehört die Dunya, uns das Jenseits.
